Corn Meal Patty

The most traditional Venezuelan dish.  It is found and made throughout all of Venezuela.  Unlike a pita, these pocket stuffers are made out of white corn meal.  Here at Patacon Pisao we kick them up a notch therefore, making them NOT your typical "Grandmothers Arepas" from crunchy to grilled, from shredded beef to bacon. Our arepas are not like any other found throughout the world.
