ith our early origins as a simple neighborhood food truck founded in 2005, Patacon Pisao now serves the most authentic and critically acclaimed Venezuelan cuisine in all of New York City. We are best known for our use of plantains, which is what Patacon actually means. Others who try to look like us attempt to imitate our artful creation of the classic Venezuelan style sandwich!
